day twenty-seven

manchego

It's late, I'm tired...and I'm eating cheese, again. Cheese from Spain to be exact, from the whole milk, you know how I LOVE whole milk, of manchga sheep, that's been aged in a natural cave. The cheese, not the sheep.

It was good, similar to Parmesan in texture and flavor.

But now for something completely different...
