
Awhile back I mentioned that cheese would be the default plan, well HELLO cheese. It's not that we've run out of things already (look for that to happen in approx. 12 days), or that we're lazy, okay maybe we are, but I like to think of us as "busy". Funny because this is supposed to be our fun/free semester, and the semester hasn't even started yet.
Well, I have mixed feelings about the cheese. I was hungry while I was cooking so I ended up eating a lot of it, but it has an interesting smell...
So this cheese has two origins France, has holes, or right across the border Switzerland, no holes. We had Switzerland gruyere.
