Carson Beach. I couldn't help myself, it was hot...until it wasn't.
day 144
Summers on! Or at least the water in all the parks is. Lucky for Jonas we had an extra pair of clothes with us, other wise little boy would have been riding home pants-less..
day 143
American Werecat in Paris. Fan fiction from the number one fans of werecat.
day 142
I've always wondered who would actually make a cast of their pregnant belly... and now I know. This was one of the many gifts from my shower. I totally recommend it, it was fun and continues to be, just look at Rich. In all honesty I have no clue what I'll actually do with it, surprisingly two people have mentioned that I should serve chips and dip out of it (??). I'll keep you posted.
day 141ish
Best "arabian nights" baby shower EVER!
day 140
Hiking around Wompatuck state park.
Joans was done hiking fairly quickly so we packed up and headed to Nantasket Beach, just about 15 mins away. Beautiful, but cold.
day 139
Wampatuck State Park
Moral of the story here is, don't let you kid watch TV. He'll watch a show about camping and then talk about going for weeks, but once you get there, it will be "too dark" and you'll have to coax him out of the tent with all the chocolate bars you brought for making smores. Over all we had a really great time, we slept 3.5 people in a 1.5 person tent (it actually wasn't anymore uncomfortable than usual for me), Rich taught Jonas how to have "bug eye", the power to see bugs everywhere, and we cooked up some really good camp food. It was well worth it, since it was probably our last chance to go camping before life get's crazy in a few weeks.
