day 72

It's March 12th and we went to the beach, I kind of still can't believe it.

day 71
Week 26ish.According to babycenter.com, she's as long as a 16 inch English cucumber. What's up with comparing babies in utero to produce?

day 70
Family photo pending a little work in photoshop

day 69

I agreed to make some chocolate dipped bananas for a baby shower, and most websites claimed this was a child friendly activity. If child friendly equals your kid tries to eat all the melted chocolate before you even get the bananas out, and sprinkles sprinkles on the floor because it looks pretty, and then shoves his mouth full of coconut flakes which he soon realizes he doesn't like and spits it out all over the kitchen. Then yes, I would agree, but you both might need a bath afterwards.

day 68
Jonas and Austin yelling at seagulls. It turns out they're not ferocious enough, we lost half a PB&J and several triscuts.

day 67

It's safe to say that Jonas and I are frequent visitors to the Natural History Museum. If we lived in Texas it could feasibly be in our "backyard", and some days I think it's better than a backyard. Lots of things have gotten old over the years, literally, but one thing that makes me chuckle every time I see it is this giant armadillo, glyptodont. I can't help but imagine what it would be like to hit one of these guys with a car.

day 66
I had a professor once that said, "If you take the time to write something down, the universe will move in your direction." So I'm hoping this will translate a little, seeing as I went out and bought some newborn baby clothes 5-8lbs. Rich just laughed when I showed him what I picked up, since Jonas was 8lbs 15 ounces, but I'm holding out that the universe will work with me on this one.
