Pancake day is usually held on Fat Tuedsday, but somehow IHOP changed it to be a week earlier this year. Not sure what that's all about, but then I saw this post yesterday and couldn't resist myself I had to join the celebration. Maybe I'll celebrate next week too, that blueberry sauce was soooo good. Although, I do recommend wearing a bib or nothing at all, everything we wore now has purple stains, but... that might just be us.
