After 5 minutes of internet research I still can't figure out how they get this cheese to look so beautiful, minus that one spot of mold. Which brings me to my next point, now I know some cheeses are supposed to be moldy, but I don't think this is one of them. This spot was conveniently hiding behind the label, and since hoity toity stores close early, and we had nothing else in the queue, moldy cheese it was.

Not too bad, until Rich began to question my purchase...porter...beer?

Which then lead to a mini crisis of faith. Who puts beer in cheese anyways?!
