update: day forty-one

malanga lila

So Rich read my post and being the man that he is, plugged in the deep fryer, and said "chips!" and also something about not keeping goals etc...


It seems all I could find about malanga is that it's a root and that it's native to Cuba and Puerto Rico, and if there's anything we've learned so far it's that any root can be deep fried.

We ate every single one of them. That good. 0 strikes
